Shipping & Returns Policy

 Peony roots ship late September - early October.

 Credit or Debit cards will be charged at time of order to reserve the plants for you.

 Cancelled orders before August 1 will be charged a processing fee of $25, after August 1 orders are non-refundable.

 Roots will ship via USPS. Root weights and dimensions do vary, shipping assumptions are average weight and box size.

 We guarantee that the roots shipped are in prime condition and ready to plant. Three Roots Peony Farm is not responsible for any damage, or delays related to the carrier or weather conditions the package may encounter during shipment. Due to the wide variations in growing conditions at your location, we cannot guarantee your plant will thrive.

Product claims must be reported within 3 days of receipt, after 3 days all sales are final.
